Semi-Annual General Meeting

CFSA Members,
This is our formal notice of our fall Semi-Annual General Meeting, that will be held on Thursday, 29 Oct 2026. Please arrive near 6:30pm for the meeting to start at 7:00pm. This meeting will take place at the CFB Esquimalt Chief and Petty Officer's Mess, in the Rainbow Room (Down Stairs).
The meeting will consist of:
Review of the Spring AGM minutes;
Financial Report from the treasurer; and
Reports from the executive.
This meeting will also be conducted online via Google Meet, the link will be sent at a later date.
