Race Committe: All owner/skippers are required to serve as Race Committee and must choose open dates from the Racing Calendar posted on the CFSA website www.cfsaesq.ca. The owner/skipper is responsible to ensure that he/she has enough personnel to assist with the running of the races, which involves setting and posting the course in compliance with the sailing instructions, the setting and retrieving of any required marks, the accurate recording of all finishes in an orderly and legible manner, returning all equipment, flags, anchors, etc. to the Race Committee Shed, reporting and missing or broken equipment to the Racing Class Captain. Assisting with the calculating of results, if required. *

In consideration of acceptance of this entry of my being permitted to take part in this racing year, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Canadian Forces Sailing Association, its organizers and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this racing year notwithstanding bodies, or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. I also certify that the above-named yacht carries third party liability insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00. *
