Junior Sailing Team - April Registration

As you know we've been trying to get our Spring Season up and running. COVID and staffing have proven challenging.  We were ready to begin our season when the 'circuit breaker' was announced.  Though sailing was not banned, we felt it was not the right message to send on the almost the same day as Dr Henry's announcement. We feel that we are ready now to start up.  The first session will be Saturday April 17 1100-1400.

Annual Renewal Drive

The annual renewal drive is underway.  You should be receiving e-mails from the club explaining how it's going to take place. We are always trying to simplify and find efficiencies and we are respecting physical distancing and reducing contact as best we can - the process for renewal is outlined below:

Message from the Queen's Harbourmaster

The following is a messge from the Queen's Harbourmaster for Esquimalt Harbour:

As a result of the increased level of activity in the Harbour and the need to coordinate safe operations, the current 7 knot speed restriction has been reviewed and a new one will be promulgated by message shortly.  The attached chart shows the new speed zones and is forwarded to you for dissemination within your lines to all users.

Club Mailings - Are you getting them?

E-mails are sent to CFSA members list generated by registering on the CFSA website.  To receive messages members need to be signed up to the CFSA website in order to be put on the list.  If you received some, but not all e-mails, it is possible the messages have been intercepted by your spam/junk mail filter. If you've received none of these notices, then you probably have not signed up.  If you're having difficulties you may need to e-mail the web administrator:  webadministrator(at)cfsaesq.ca
